Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing indi.tattva@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds
- If you cancel before dispatch, any advance payment will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
- Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless the product is defective.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent via UPI/bank transfer to the same account used for payment, within 5-7 business days of approval.
